The Best Western Royal hotel is located near to the centre of St Helier the capital of Jersey. There are three function spaces ranging from a well appointed boardroom through our bright and spacious conservatory to the largest unobstructed event space in this part of St Helier, the Balmoral Suite that has it's own bar and stage area including changing rooms.
The largest event space in the hotel can be set for a conference or a banquet. The suite is fully air-conditioned and has it's own bar. It is also one of the largest unobstructed event spaces in St Helier.

Amazing property, lovely staff and beautiful rooms. We got a room upgrade & 2 welcome drinks at the bar. Check-in and checkout process very quick. It was an amazing experience visiting The Best Western Royal Hotel in Jersey

Wonderful staff always smiling without exception. So helpful and any minor issues were addressed immediately. We were given a room upgrade and really enjoyed this experience. Unfortunately the shower was almost unusable due to the extremely poor water pressure. However there was a bath, and we were offered another room to use the shower. The excellent service, and happy staff made for a great stay at the Royal Hotel Jersey. I'm sorry I don't recall all the names but special thanks go to Charity, Jay, the hotel manager, and Maritza the reservations manager.

Rated 3 stars but I would say food and service was nearer 4 star. Our room was spacious with a sitting room. Finally the staff were excellent. All of them friendly and welcoming.

It's a nice old building. However, it's layout is bonkers. And we experienced massive noise issue. We were moved to a much better room. And they do listen to you. So if there is a problem. Say something. We didn't like the breakfast. It's just run of the mill, basically just catering food for the masses.
