One Warwick Park Hotel is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very well appointed and are modern and fresh complete with air conditioning. The restaurant quality was excellent too. Staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The position of the hotel is ideal for exploring the town too. All in all an exceptional hotel with a fantastic running it. Highly recommend.

Myself and my mother stayed in a double room for 3 nights whilst caring for my grandmother. It was the most wonderful room to come back to after being in the care-home from 7am-7pm. The room was so comfy and the air conditioning is bliss. Bathroom is stunning and the fact that they have a fridge in the room is so helpful as not many hotels do this anymore. Additionally, you can charge things to your room instead of having that awkward moment where hotel staff demand payment immediately. Every single member of staff was so kind, approachable and attentive. The cleaner's attention to detail is flawless. There is a very luxurious feel to the hotel with really good value. This was a really comforting place for 2 physically and emotionally exhausted people. Thanks guys for a really wonderful stay. We will 100% be returning.

We had a wonderful two night stay at One Warwick Park. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the Pantiles with a great choice of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Our room was furnished well and very clean. Service was fantastic and the lady who checked us in was friendly and super helpful giving us recommendations on places to go locally. Breakfast on the first morning was a bit chaotic because of a large wedding party, but the second day was perfect. A lovely choice of dishes from the menu, all freshly cooked. We would definitely stay again.

Mixed feelings . Staff were very helpful at check in as we were not happy with the room originally allocated (original room in building across the road via an alleyway which gives impression of a converted office block ) we always prefer to stay in the main hotel building. They kindly sorted this out for us and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel just lacks atmosphere as no one used the lounge/snug in the 5 days we were there and there is a strange off putting scent in the bar area . It is in a fantastic position for The Pantiles and rest of town but along with this does come traffic noise. The Brasserie and breakfast were fabulous and couldn’t fault the food. A lovely hotel in a good location but basically is just a room as social areas are lacking and the restaurant is across the road . No parking issues at all.
