What a hidden gem! A great variety of little shops selling loads of unique gifts that you wouldn't necessarily find on the high street. And there's something here for everyone! Not too mention the fantastic tea room. Well worth a visit.

This review is in regard to the Heskin Hall Santa Grotto experience. Last year we came and it was our first visit and the decorations were fantastic and the santa visit was private as they closed the doors for each child to have their moment with santa, we loved it and booked again this year. This year we were let down honestly, it didnt seem as nicely decorated as last year, the doors were left open during the santa visit so very distracting and noisy from the other children waiting to see santa, so much so I think it was quite overwhelming as there was so much noise and it was difficult for even my child sat next to santa to hear what santa was saying, was saddened that they seemed to have made the bench smaller where the children sit as we got a family photo of us all with santa last year and I was hoping to repeat it but there was no where for us to have space to do so and last year the elf in their kindly offered to take a photo of us all together. However, the Santa claus this year did a fantastic job! We all thought he was brilliant! 🎅🏻

Not alot here. Over-priced tat and a woman on reception who looked like she's not cracked a smile since the mid 1970's. Arrived at the cafe at 3.10pm to be told they weren't serving food as they shut at 4pm. Won't be returning.
