Our vast downstairs area can be exclusively hired and is ideal for most event types, both corporate and social. Our dedicated event planners will ensure the event is planned to perfection.

The Downstairs Bar at Be At One Leeds Boar Lane is a fully private hire space at 19 Boar Lane in Leeds city centre, with capacity for up to 200 standing or 77 seated guests.
This is a really stylish space with chevron wood floors, geometric LED wall lighting, high tables, and booth seating throughout. It sits on a separate level from the main bar, giving it a self-contained feel that works well for private events without the group feeling disconnected from the buzz of the venue above. It has its own private bar and private toilets, and you can connect your own playlist or bring in a DJ with management approval. External catering can also be arranged through the venue for groups who want food as part of the evening. It is a great fit for birthday parties, corporate functions, Christmas parties, hen and stag dos, and networking events. The full cocktail menu runs throughout, including 2-for-1 happy hour deals.

The best bar in Leeds! I always make sure to come here with friends and family when on a night out; it’s always the first bar we go to when going out. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a weekdayor a weekend; the atmosphere is always very pleasant. The staff are all amazing, kind, and very professional no matter the circumstances; the bartender Oscar is always a joy to talk to! Always greet me and my friends with good spirits when we enter and always take care of us! He’s incredibly good when it comes to his job and always makes our drinks with a smile!! Would definitely recommend coming here when you’re out and about in Leeds!! Best bar experience in Leeds!

I attended the pre-launch tonight and it was nothing short of fantastic! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Emily and shown to our table where we were very well looked after the whole night. I didn’t catch his name, but the lovely tall blonde lad was an absolute gentlemen making sure we understood the menu and were having a good time. All the staff were super speedy behind the bar, were very attentive and made conversation with us. As a queer person it’s often hard to find safe spaces but tonight i was made to feel right at home and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you for a wonderful night
