Located on the ground floor of the building is Fearns, a coffee shop, restaurant, bar and lounge space which celebrates the best of Yorkshire produce.

Department Leeds Dock was an exceptional place to work. The space itself is beautiful and the facilities are fantastic. The team, including Amy, Anna, and everyone else, was a true asset, providing excellent support throughout our time there. We had a studio for two years and were sad to leave.
