If you are thinking of renting a Regus office, just don’t. Been with them for many years. We are over charged every invoice which takes weeks to sort out. The accounts team are incompetent and the management don’t really care about their customers. We are spending so much time trying to sort out their mistakes each month, it’s precious time we should be spending on our clients so it’s impacting our business and income as well as our own health. We don’t get any replies to our numerous complaints to management or accounts. There is no one who can sort out any issues. No one is interested. There is no customer care whatsoever. Stay away.
