Room One, located on the lower floor of The Backroom Leeds, is an ideal space for private hire events. Accommodating up to 150 guests, it offers an intimate yet lively ambiance perfect for occasions like birthdays, corporate events, and themed parties.
The room features a fully stocked bar, customisable lighting and sound systems, and a spacious DJ booth to keep your guests entertained. Cozy booth seating and elevated tables provide comfort, while large windows offer natural light, with blackout blinds for a more intimate setting. Accessibility is ensured with an easy entrance and nearby toilets.
Available for exclusive hire until 4 am Sunday to Wednesday and until midnight Thursday to Saturday, Room One offers flexibility for your event timing. Additional services include AV equipment and custom decorations to match your theme.

I was very much looking forward to attending the Bella Gente event and bought a ticket for it. When I turn up to the bouncer refused me entry. I said I had bought a ticket and he said I can't go in because I was by myself and it's part of their policy. After checking the websites "Entrance Policy & Dress Code" I could not see any reference about not allowing a singular person in. I myself had not had a drink and as far as I know was within the dress code. I was very dissapointed.

Bought a £9 ticket but was barred entry because, according to the security guard, “solo entries are not allowed”. I’m fairly new in Leeds, so I was looking to have a fun night out on the town by myself. But I guess that’s not allowed at this club. Basically, I was scammed out of £9.

Denied entry with valid ticket and a partner with a terrible attitude. No legal or justified reason for the denied entry just the discretion of the guy at the gate. Never going back there for any reason cos that is the most insensitive treatment I have received in a very long time

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. This is the worst nightclub I've visited in my life. They exploit customers for the smallest things. The entrance process is complicated, not free, and extremely overpriced. The place doesn't deserve even one star. Moreover, the staff at the entrance are rude, disrespectful, and lack basic communication skills. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone
