Stopped here recently, really really nice rooms. Quiet noisy externally at night with it being located on a busy road in central Leeds but it's location is perfect and the hotel has been beautifully refurbished.

All staff were super friendly and cheery, reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and cleaners, a great team of lovely ppl. Location perfect for the City Centre. Room gorgeous, love the refurb & the decor, great size rooms, very impressed, good value for money. Bed comfortable, nice sheets. £20 for parking is steep when it’s the hotels own car park, never known that, but given its city centre I’ll swallow that. Minor complaint in what was a really enjoyable stay. Would return for sure.

What a lovely hotel. The staff were so helpful and kind. The renovation looks lovely and I had a great nights sleep. The shower is really powerful and they’ve got both types of usb chargers (for those who forget their plug) in the sockets on either side of the bed. You can park for £20 at the hotel and brekky was £13.50 for a full English and a load of cereal and pastries. I’d 100% stay again.

Good experience overall, but safety measures during maintenance were concerning! Our stay overall was pleasant , the staff were lovely, the room was comfortable and the location was convenient. However, on the day of our checkout , the electricity was turned off without any prior notice this was around 9am. Additionally , the main staircase, which was our closest fire exit , was being re-carpeted at the same time. This created a serious safety concern as my partner and I could have easily tripped and fallen. Thankfully, the construction workers who were re-carpeting assisted us in getting down safely. It was very disappointing that we were not informed about any of these works in advance, as proper communication could have prevented this.

Had an ok stay at this hotel. It was newly renovated to a high standard which was good and the hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Leeds centre on foot. We planned to stay two nights but unfortunately due to such a poor nights sleep we decided to move hotel, the air conditioning was not working and we had to sleep with the window open as it was so hot. There was a bars bins below the windows so at 3:30/4am I was woken to the sound of clanging bottles. The hotel itself is very nice, just the air conditioning is a big problem when it’s hot and noisy outside!
