Wayfinding needs to be improved. So many entrances and small routes which you can take more efficiently, if you know your way around. If not you will be walking around in circles and realising that there are small entrances from the back alley, say Albion street. Entrances should be marked as entrances or something to inform people. Overall mall is filled with lots of essential shops, not much branded, very hearty place. I guess because it is on a hill, some floors appear as first floor while others are like second floor to first. Mostly clothing on the first floor and eating on the third floors. I like the seasonal decorations and nice dome shape clear class which allows you to have a breathtaking view

Summer holiday event in Leeds City Centre – Wonderland Awaits, featuring a huge Cheshire Cat smile on the glass roof of Trinity Leeds that makes people stop and take photos.

Very very busy. Lots of places to visit but a very limited space if looking for a light lunch. Lots of restaurants if looking to spend a lot on your lunch but limited for lite bites.
