Holiday Inn Leicester - Wigston, Oadby Suite

Great service from receptionist, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had the breakfast and the waiting staff were superb! Very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and plenty.

Large spotless rooms. All amenities iron/ board / hairdryer. Excellent high flow shower and bathroom facilities all modern and spotless. Upper windows can be opened for fresh air. No extraneous noise. Complimentary beverages and biscuits including sparkling and still water. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast both cooked on hot plates and continental plentiful with cold meats cheeses fruit and pastries. Cooked to order food also offered. This establishment obviously puts a lot of effort into maintaining high standards.

The staff we meet on our stayed really made this visit, we stayed on a Sunday night. Hotel grounds were tidy and clean. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming along with all the staff we saw on our visit. Hotel and rooms do have quite a few stains on furniture and floor, however maybe hard to remove without a vac, so this is completely understandable but the room was clean as I could ask and clean bedding and mattresses covers. Sadly didn't sleep much and woke every hour but this is due to generally not sleeping well in other places. Rooms were very quiet and had air-conditioning so definitely recommend for a good night sleep. Food was very good and a lot of choice and kids eat free when we stayed. Highly recommend.
