Leicester Marriott Hotel, Tanners

We came to the Leicester Marriott hotel the night of our wedding and they made our hotel room look absolutely beautiful. We very much appreciate it and it just added a perfect ending to our night, they was very accommodating with our needs as we needed to check in at a later time because of the wedding xxx thankyou for making our experience so special xx

It was a pleasant stay. They have plenty of parking (Pay parking), and the rooms are spacious and quite nice. The staff is friendly. There is a basic gym that is open 24 hours. Guests can freely refill their water bottles at the gym. The hotel is located across from a retail park with plenty of dining options. There is also a large Sainsbury’s in the retail park, and guests can refuel their cars at a reasonable price. If I could change one thing, I would refurbish the gym by adding more free weights, weight bars, and a leg press machine. All in all, it was a good experience.

The room is clean and comfortable. The outstanding part about this hotel is the staff and service. Their passion to be in the hospitality profession can be felt. They want us to feel welcomed and valued. Kate and the front office values our return to the hotel. We appreciate the effort and welcome gifts. Lenka at the executive lounge made every morning a good start. Didn’t get to know the name of the incredibly tall gentleman who came to refresh our room in the evening and to fix the lobby light. He made sure everything was in order. The leadership at this hotel is making all the right ticks.
