Lovely hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The view over the parking lot of the retail park next door a bit uninspiring, but I only stayed for one night, so this was fine. The rooms are quite a distance from the lift, as they are placed in a circle around the football field, so be prepared for a long walk or ask for a room close to the lift ahead of time. Breakfast was great, very fresh and lots of options. I'd certainly stay here again.

Lovely greeting on arrival. All staff were helpful and friendly. We had a king corner room for the weekend. Beautifully clean, housekeeping were brilliant everyday, didn't have to request anything as it was all supplied. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, we had the best nights sleep. I wouldn't normally be happy with a room that had windows that don't open, but the air conditioning system was just perfect and had lots of options to adjust for comfort. Fridge in the room. Powerful enough shower over bath. As if it couldn't get any better, the location is unmatched as it's a stone throw from a shopping centre, a huge selection of late opening restaurants and a huge Asda. Will be staying again.

Decent hotel. Was clean. Beds quite hard. Our king corner room was spacious but the soundproofing could have been better, we could hear cars quite loudly outside despite being on the 3rd floor. Rooms can be quite a trek from reception.

Great hotel, awesome location... loved it even though I'm not a football person. Lovely rooms and I would suggest getting a pitch view if you can for extra wow factor. Nice cafe/bar on the ground floor and great restaurant on the 2nd. All staff were really friendly but special shout goes to Harry and Paisley, who were on the bar when we stayed, for their amazing service and friendly demeanor. They were very helpful and always smiling and created a very welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back, good work everyone

Our room had no working AC which led to us getting no sleep on the night before our wedding day, woke up feeling hot and exhausted, and when we called the front desk at 9 am they told us we could not be moved until 12 o clock. But they offered us a fan, we did not pay £120 to sleep with a fan. We couldn’t go back to sleep anyway, and then when we were moved to a different room and offered free breakfast which is good but we don’t usually get up and eat breakfast. So the next day before checking out we asked the reception for an adequate compensation and they refunded us £12. Our experience here was terrible, the only good thing I would say is the location as it is in the final stadium and everything is in driving distance. Would not visit again
