Fm Living - Aparthotel, The Atrium

We booked this apartment based on the photos and description, but what we arrived to was completely different. The place was dirty, with marks all over the floors, walls, and tables, and it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or cared for in a long time. There were broken lamps, faulty cupboards, and even broken glass, which felt unsafe. The wallpaper was peeling off, and none of the windows could be opened, leaving the apartment stuffy and uncomfortable. Multiple plug sockets didn’t work. The beds were rock hard, making it impossible to get any rest, and to make things worse, the bedside lamp was faulty and hanging over the bed so I kept banging my head on this. The bed was the creakiest bed I had ever slept on. The door handles were broken. The front door lock didn’t feel safe. The sofa wasn’t comfortable either. We contacted the property immediately to report these issues and to request a refund, but no one ever replied — despite their promise that they “would love the opportunity to make guests happy if something goes wrong.” Unfortunately, that was not true in our experience. Overall, there was a major lack of care and maintenance, and the apartment was nothing like what was advertised, especially for the price we paid. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property unless significant improvements are made and the owners start taking guest feedback seriously.

A total DISASTER. They never responded to our calls after 5pm because “no one will be at the reception after 5pm” and left us outside without check in indications with a 10month old baby. Completely unacceptable, rude, and ruthless!!!!!!! They did not want to share check in instructions before because they were pushing us to share card information to block an amount, they never say that when you are booking through booking.com !!! SCAMMERS AND BAD PEOPLE , DO NOT BOOK HERE. !!!
