I have been going grosvenor casino liverpool for many years, more than 10 years now in fact and i used to love going there, the best place in the world for me, good people and good atmosphere and my last 2 visits have been discusting. I go there to socialize and have fun and i never cared to win or lose and they have killed the atmosphere, making me feel uncomfortable. I am sad to say i will not be returning any time soon and i am the 2nd regular customer you have lost from what i hear. Good job👏 not to mention you have also upped the side bets on black jack from £2 to £5 minimum. I will be going to genting liverpool or manchester from now on. Sort your yourselfs out, its a disgrace, its such a shame how this casino has gone down hill so fast😒
