It's a great location idea for shopping or the arena. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Everything you would expect is catered for in the room. Tea coffee although I'd prefer still water they do offer sparkling too. TV quality was excellent 4k it seemed to be. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was emense. I would highly recommend this hotel on location alone.......but everything was perfect for us.

Great hotel, throughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was great, the room was lovely spotless and very comfortable. Bathroom was great. Had good WiFi, fridge with complimentary drinks and chocolate bars. Breakfast was great lots of choice. Couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely stay again.

Whilst I can't fault the staff who were all lovely and very helpful, the bathroom was very tired and did put me off considering booking here again. The shower curtain on a curved rail around a straight bath would be a great idea if only the curtain were a touch longer, as we struggled to keep it tucked into the bath and ended up with a wet (so slippy and dangerous) floor. The selection of refreshments available in the room only included caffeinated tea/coffee or peppermint tea. Some decaf coffee/tea would have been nice and we were disappointed to not find a biscuit (or any tiny treat) on the tray - it's those tiny touches that make all the difference! Finally my daughter struggles with food and as there didn't appear to be a children's menu we really struggled to find her something on the menu that she would eat. The staff were lovely and helped where they could but if we were to visit again we would definitely eat elsewhere.

Modern, bright reception area and bar. Helpful friendly staff. Rooms were clean, but felt maintaince of the rooms was lacking. Bits of black mouldy grout on bathroom tiles, cracked sink, missing shelf, fan not working, paintwork needed refreshing. Spare toilet roll not replaced on the second day of three night stay. Key cards were not required to get into the hotel in the day, or the lifts, so felt security was not as good as it could be.

Extremely Disappointing Stay — Not 4-Star Quality I booked this hotel in good faith after an amazing stay at the Leonardo in Krakow — but this one was a huge letdown. The first room I was given was so dirty I had to go back to reception and ask for another. The woman at the desk handed me a new key without even an apology. The second room was slightly better, but still tired, basic, and not very clean. A large stain on the carpet — which other reviews also mention — really stood out. No bottled water in the room or safe. Toiletries were very basic, with a cheap wall-mounted pump and no body balm. Felt more like a poor 2-star hotel than the 4-star standard they advertise. Breakfast was just as disappointing: limited, low-quality, and served in a dirty restaurant. I even saw a young staff member picking up ham and cheese with his bare hands (no tongs) for his own breakfast ... To top it off, this was the first time I’ve ever checked out of a hotel without being asked how my stay was. I suspect the staff already knew the answer. Really disappointing compared to other Leonardo hotels. I won’t be returning.
