Pullman Liverpool, Kings

This is really lovely hotel from the greeting I received when I arrived to the lovely check in staff who helped me get my room key. To the really kind person at Breakfast who got me a seat and to the lovely people that got my order for coffee in morning. This was one of the most lovely hotels and the level of service is exceptional.

We were treated like royalty at the Pullman. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they genuinely go out of their way to make your stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern, and the rooms are outstanding. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The view from our room was amazing too. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Pullman Hotel Liverpool on 14th November in Room 739 to celebrate our anniversary, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Jon on Concierge was fantastic — polite, attentive, and always checking that we had everything we needed. Paul in the restaurant gave us such warm and friendly service at breakfast, making sure every detail was taken care of. We also dined in the restaurant in the evening, and the food was truly sublime — a huge compliment to the chefs for a wonderful meal. A special thank you to Rebekah for the beautiful anniversary card left in our room, and to the chef who prepared a personalised anniversary cake for us. These thoughtful touches made our celebration even more memorable. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and a real credit to the hotel. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the Pullman Hotel Liverpool. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
