Great place to stay , very central for everything. Unfortunately, central location means noisy so it's advisable to bring some earplugs. Or just join in and go to the great bars around the corner in Concert street and square. The rooms are beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast is extra and great value with super friendly service. Would stay again.

Stayed on august bank holiday weekend and had a fabulous stay. Check in was quick and friendly. Location is perfect for nightlife, shops and bold street for food. Room was huge with a huge walk in shower and very clean. Beds really comfy. Room was hot as it was a very warm day but a fan was in in our room when we arrived. Breakfast at masons next door was the best. Staff very attentive and all cooked to order so piping hot. Eggs Benedict was delish. The guy that greeted us at breakfast was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would certainly recommend and return without a doubt.

An absolutely wonderful hotel stay from start to finish! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The atmosphere was peaceful and made it easy to unwind. A real highlight was the exceptional service. Our server, Steven, was fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with outstanding service. Can’t wait to come back!

Great hotel for a night out in Liverpool! This hotel is great for the price and I think is ideal if you’re going to Liverpool on a night out. Staff on reception were great, friendly and accommodating. We arrived to check in at 14:30 and our room was ready for us early which was great. Our room was a good size, large bed, fridge, TV, desk, kettle and space to hang our clothes. Bathroom was small but was nice and shower was a decent size and good pressure! Our room was very hot during our stay, no air con but windows opened and we had a desk fan in the room. This wasn’t too much help when outside was 18 degrees and was the only downside to our stay. Location Was worried about the location when we arrived as was right next to concert square, this was an issue when windows open but couldn’t hear a thing when the windows were closed. Check-Out 11am check out which is nice! Overall, a great hotel for the price and would definitely recommend to others staying in Liverpool only downside on this occasion was how warm the room was!

Can’t say much: we checked out as soon as we checked in. The room was clean but way too noisy being slap bang in the middle of pubs and clubs. I’m sure if you go midweek or out partying yourself it’s probably great for you. The man at the front desk was helpful but I Knock a star off for nearly being scammed by someone who hacked into their system and sent me emails via Booking.com and neither Booking.com or Ropewalks decided to warn me (They knew about the issue when I rang to check) so why didn’t they contact us to tell us.
