If event is cancelled 48 hours prior the customer will receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours prior pre payment will not be refunded. If the booking is for a group of 15 guests or more, venue needs to be aware 10 days prior to event that this needs to be cancelled for full refund.

A group of 6 of us had a fantastic day out last Saturday playing darts and enjoying the bottomless brunch. The drinks were plentiful and loads of options on the bottomless and the food was delicious! I have a nut allergy and the staff were so accommodating and nothing felt like a problem. Thank you so much for excellent hospitality, we will be back! Big shout out to Danielle who looked after us, and another lovely lady with blond hair (I didn't catch your name sorry).

Went bowling with my husband and the game got stuck or something but they sorted it out within 10 minutes and let us have another game for free. Drinks were delish! Strawberry and Lime Koppaberg on tap 😋 and I beat my husband at bowling. Great date night spot and Faye asked us to post this review!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Total Disappointment! I went to this gaming venue with a group of friends, and right at the start I asked what time they closed. I was told they closed at 1 a.m. While playing bowling, around 11:30 p.m., I asked one of the staff members about the karaoke, as I wanted to book it once we finished our game. She assured me that no booking was necessary and that I could sort it out as soon as we were done with bowling. However, when we finished bowling at 12:11 a.m., I went to ask about the karaoke and the manager told me that they were already closing and that we couldn’t play or use the karaoke anymore. Absolutely ridiculous! It was clear they just wanted everyone to leave early so they could go home. The manager was extremely rude, and the staff member who had spoken to me earlier pretended she’d never said anything. Terrible service and a complete lack of professionalism. I will never come back, and I’ll make sure to share this experience with everyone I know.
