Village Hotel Liverpool

Visited for one night to attend conference in the area. Our requirement is for accessible facilities. This Hotel is well planned with wide corridors and vast room space. Accessible toilets are very well designed and better than most hotels. The food is first class and the staff are most attentive. The lifts are only just big enough, so adequate. Room 121 was near some sort of air conditioning or external heating unit which affected the quality of sleep. The location was good for our needs.

I come to the hotel to play Racquetball with friends and to use the leisure facility and the Pub and Grill. Normally I get a very warm greeting from all the staff but this afternoon I was greeted by the general manager working on the main reception desk. It is so nice to be given such a warm welcome and that the fundamentals of hospitality isn't lost in the hierarchy. . Absolutely love the place 🙌

ompared to our initial meeting in December 2024, we observed a marked improvement in several areas—particularly the meeting room, catering, and the helpfulness of the staff. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the Motivation meeting room was modern, well-equipped, and contributed to a much more pleasant atmosphere. If possible, we would be keen to use the same room again, as it made a real difference to the overall experience. While the food remained relatively simple, it was entirely satisfactory and met our needs. I would especially like to thank Shelby for her excellent support in coordinating the meeting and for her availability, even with last-minute requests. We fully intend to use this venue again in the future, as it is conveniently located near the hospital and aligns perfectly with our business requirements.
