Had night out with girl friends. The drink menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome and Nabil was very accommodating. Will be back definitely!

Location excellent for Chelsea, Harvey Nichols, Harrods etc. all within perfect walking distance. The hotel itself is pretty quiet I was on the 9th floor which had a cute small balcony. Overall the hotel is nice new and modern. The Room was fine, lighting not the best can barely see in the wardrobe that has the kettle safe etc inside which isn’t ideal. The bed despite being advertised as a king was two single beds pushed together meaning the middle of the bed redundant and being forced to sleep on one side of the bed which wasn’t very comfortable in itself and felt like a hole was in the middle. That aside it had all the bathroom amenities you would come To expect. The breakfast room service arrived uncovered which I believe should be covered when being transporter through the hotel, especially in a ‘5 star’ hotel. When I checked in there was a bit of a commotion and the receptionist I was dealing with had to hush other staff members for chit chatting. I did expect more from this hotel given its 5 star status, which it is probably more suited as a 4 star. The location is superb but given there are so many other hotels in the area I’d probably not choose to stay here again.

The hotel was cozy and quiet, with a perfect location. However, I found the room very small—even though I had been upgraded—and it lacked a dresser, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 4-star property rather than the 5-star standard it claims, especially considering the price I paid. There were also two major issues I did not appreciate. First, upon arrival, I was charged £200 as a deposit without being informed in advance. I was simply trying to pay the reservation cost as indicated in my booking (“pay at the property”), but only realized the total was higher when the transaction went through. A deposit of this size should be clearly communicated beforehand. Second, during checkout, the invoice included a charge around £50 higher than my booking total. When I asked about it, I was told it was a “service fee.” I hadn’t requested any special services, and everything should have been included in the booking price. When I objected, they said it was “optional” and offered to remove it—after the fact. This left me with the impression that they were adding hidden charges in hopes that guests wouldn’t notice. Additionally, the bed sheets were not very clean—they had visible makeup stains. While the staff kindly offered to replace them, the new set they provided was also not properly clean, which was quite disappointing. Overall, while the location and quiet atmosphere were appreciated, the experience did not meet my expectations, especially for the cost.
