Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes & The Kingpin Suite, Exclusive Hire

All in one place for all! We held a birthday party first at Kingpin Suite and it was a hit! Huge thanks to all the members of staff who made the experience an absolute success! Thanks for the support and smiles and a special thanks goes to the pizza chef! The magician! Everyone praised the taste and quality! The facilities are amazing, lots to do and entertain. The venue is big enough and if you are worried about AC - it’s ON! :) it’s really cool in summer, a blessing! Then, we were back as a group of children and adults, played bowling, had dinner and a fantastic time overall! Again, the staff, the pizza chef… simply the best, friendly and welcoming. Selection at the bar is great, for all tastes. Basically, I totally recommend the place! Even insist! :)

I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding our recent visit to Bloomsbury Bowling. We arrived early, at 12:00 PM, to celebrate my youngest daughter's 9th birthday, hoping for an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, our allocated lane was directly adjacent to a group of young adults who were shouting, screaming, and drinking. They were congregating around the bowling ball return area, which we had to share, making it very awkward for us to retrieve our bowling balls. To make matters worse, they began walking across our lane. Given that the venue was largely empty at that time, it was perplexing why we were placed right next to this group, especially considering we had a young child in our party. It felt as though the staff showed a complete lack of consideration, and the customer service was severely lacking. It would not require extensive experience to anticipate the issues that would arise from such a placement so because of this I don’t regard it as family friendly. I had to request a move to a different lane, which I believe should not have been necessary. This disruption significantly impacted our experience, and as a result, we left early and chose not to spend any further money at your dinner. Furthermore, the four women in our group reported that the women's toilets were not in good condition and had no soap in the dispensers, which is a basic hygiene requirement. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I will neither be returning to Bloomsbury Bowling nor recommending it to others.
