Such an amazing place with a fantastic atmosphere! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed – the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The variety of games is brilliant — we had a blast playing beer pong, and crazy pool, and just wished we had longer there. Everything was well-maintained and added to the fun vibe of the venue. Special thanks to Mia for making the evening extra special with a birthday shot — such a thoughtful touch! Can’t wait to come back!

This place was amazing. We went as a group of 4 on a Monday night June 30 around 9:30pm while visiting London and enjoyed the food and we played crazy pool. The staff were fun, friendly and gave us some more options for after they closed or for the next day. I wish I could remember her name but the waitress was so nice. She has brownish braids or locks. Thank you

Went in during a weekday, and it was the perfect amount of people. Poppy was bartending downstairs and made us some excellent cocktails! She was so friendly and welcoming, it really made us want to stick around longer and play more games. She made the whole experience even better!

Went for the crazy pool and then did the ice ring curling, amazing cocktails and staff were really friendly! Amanda and Priya were on the bar they were so friendly, helpful and made us some yummy cocktails! Amazing time would deffo go again! ☺️

Tucked away underground in Aldgate, Roxy Ballroom is a hidden gem packed with fun and games — perfect for a night out with a large group. The space is a lively basement venue filled with activities like American pool, bowling, darts, shuffleboarding, curling, and a standout feature called crazy pool — a creative hybrid of pool and mini golf. Our group tried the crazy pool, which turned out to be more challenging (and hilarious) than expected. With 9 holes of varying difficulty, it’s a great mix of competition and comedy. Definitely a unique twist that kept everyone engaged. We ordered plenty of food, and everything hit the spot. The wings in particular were excellent — crispy, flavourful, and definitely the highlight of the menu. Service-wise, the hostess and servers were friendly and attentive throughout the night, which made a big difference. The only letdown was one staff member behind the bar who seemed less than thrilled when we placed a large drinks order. Her attitude felt out of place in an otherwise welcoming environment. All in all, Roxy Ballroom is a great spot for groups looking to mix casual dining with interactive games. Just a little more consistency in staff attitude would make it a perfect experience.
