Everything about our stay was absolutely flawless. From the friendly receptionist at check-in, to the smiling and attentive staff at breakfast, right through to the cleanliness and tidiness of the room. Of course, everyone has their own preferences—what works for one person may not work for another—but for us, the experience was excellent. Breakfasts were excellent and absolutely sufficient, with plenty of choice to start the day off right. The service was cheerful and helpful, which made mornings even more pleasant. Our newly renovated room smelled fresh and had a modern, stylish design. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot days. The large flat-screen TV even had hotel information built directly into its info portal. Each bed came with its own power outlet (note for travelers from the EU: don’t forget an adapter!) as well as two USB ports, both type A and type C, with a solid 4A output. Additional USB ports were also available at the desk, so charging devices was never a problem. The room was thoughtfully equipped with mugs and spoons, a kettle, and instant coffee and tea. There was no minibar fridge, but we knew that in advance and it really didn’t bother us. The bathroom was modern, featuring a spacious shower with a thermostatic shower head. The beds were reasonably comfortable. Personally, I found them quite high, and during the first couple of nights I kept feeling like I might fall off :). The double bed had a shared duvet, which isn’t exactly my preference, but again—that comes down to personal taste ;). Instead of a wardrobe, the room had open shelving, which we actually found convenient. If I had to point out even a small negative, it would be the absence of a toilet brush and the fact that the toilet bowl was mounted just slightly askew—probably a result of the renovation. But these were really very minor details. Our room faced the courtyard with a view of a wall, but for us this was a plus. Camden is a very lively place, and having a view of Regent’s Canal wouldn’t make up for the noise coming from Camden Market. In our room, the nights were wonderfully quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we wanted. And honestly, when it comes to sleep, I don’t care about the view. The location was also excellent—just a 10-minute walk to Camden Town underground station (Northern Line/black). Once I recover a little from the sensory overload of eclectic London, I’ll be happy to stay here again :). Many thanks to the hotel team—we had a wonderful five days in London :).

We had a lovely stay at The Holiday Inn Camden Town. We received a warm welcome from the reception staff on our arrival & we were lucky that our room was ready for us at 11am. Normal check-in is at 3pm! All staff were extremely helpful & pleasant. The room we stayed in accommodated 3 adults, I believe the room had recently been refurbished. The room was extremely clean & had everything we required. Breakfast had a good selection, Yrushali & Amir were very welcoming & nothing was to much trouble. We would definitely stay again, excellent location, staff fab & room was lovely!

First of all I want to say the staff at the Holiday in Camden are amazing!! Even before we got here Qureshi made sure all our needs were met and the room was beyond our expectations. He made sure we are very happy during our stay at the hotel. Also Jasmine was very helpful whenever we had questions and needed assistance. The hotel is very clean and we felt so comfortable, it was our home away from home. The kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff is amazing. All in all will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London

Stayed here for 1 night after a day out in London. We arrived at 3pm, and checked in very quickly. They are currently renovating the rooms, but this wasnt reflected upon arrival (high standards etc) We had a free room upgrade to one of their new rooms overlooking the docks. As an IHG member we could of got a late check out but unfortunately we had to be home early. The floor we were on, was very nice and you could tell it had been renovated, it was very appealing. The room itself was very spacious, clean and trendy. The window was like a door and opened wide overlooking the docks, it was really pleasant. Bed was super comfy as were the pillows, the bathroom had an amazing shower and a big mirror. We didn't have an evening meal there but there menu was good and you had the option of room service too. Although close to the nightlife of Camden, the windows were soundproofed from the main hustle and bustle although a bit of noise seeped though... we were provided with ear plugs which was a nice touch (we didn't use them, but I definitely took them home with me!). Slept really well. Had breakfast in the morning which was well attended by staff, they were very helpful. Breakfast was good, there was a good selection of foods and drinks to choose from. Check out was smooth, quick and easy. Highly recommend.
