About Venue
Inspired by the 19th century shacks and Bar.B.Q joints of the American Gulf Coast, Big Easy has been serving authentic bar.b.q and fresh seafood all to the soundtrack of Blues since 1991. Bringing you over 500 whiskies, signature slushie cocktails, an award winning wine list and live Blues music 7 nights a week in a fun and relaxed environment.
Canary Wharf is the biggest Big Easy to date; located in Crossrail Place at park level with a huge roof terrace with sweeping views over Canary Wharf.
The Captain's Table seats up to 26 maximum and of course smaller numbers work just as well. This room benefits from direct access to the Terrace and is just off from the Rum Lounge where we have live music playing every evening.

Absolutely outrageous amount of food (in a good way). We got the mixed meat platters to share between 3, and some shrimps to have some variety, and we barely could get to the finish! We got a doggy bag to take home and it was delicious the day after too. Super tasty meats, especially the pulled pork and braised beef. Would only appreciate more sides of beans and coleslaw to offset the taste of the meat a bit more (definitely not because we were hungry).

We just pop in the off chance for snack Mia member of staff ( properly management) from start to finish was fantastic and asset to Big Easy Firstly they were fully full door stairs, but had room upstairs however as i'm on crutches, I'm unable to do stairs, Mia explain lift was out of service. however she asked if we was happy to be seated in corner part of the bar so we did. we ordered BBQ chicken burger which was ok I wanted lobster roll, but it wasn't something they did, but with Prosecco included in meal and price, I don't drink so that's out of the question, so it may be good to have it list without Prosecco drink, So i opted for Crabshack Combo From Our Wood Burning Oven 32.5 Snow Crab Legs, Jumbo Shrimp, Mussels, Clams & New Potatoes, Garlic White Wine Cream served with Toasted Sourdough I was delicious Overall service and staff was by Mia and nothing was to much, 5/5 restaurant 4/5 point deducted as lift was out service else been 5/5 Food 5/5 Hot (heat) tasty and plenty value Good Thank you Mia

The food was amazing, we got the BBQ Blow out for 2. So much food, amazing flavour & super filling. The service was also amazing, unfortunately I don’t know our servers name but he was fantastic, so friendly & came over at all the right times, he also brought us a bag for left overs without us even having to ask. We even got a complimentary ice cream. I also liked that you could scan a QR code and pay for your bill via this, rather than having to wait to ask for the bill & then wait for it to be brought to you. This is the 3rd big easy venue I’ve been to, and it is by far the best one.

We were seated and served within 5 mins. Drinks order taken within 2 minutes, food order 2 minutes later and food arrived 10 mins after. Food was IMPECCABLE! And service was fantastic! I don’t see my dad smile all that often but he had a massive smile on his face tonight xx Thank you so much to the amazing team ❤️

Traveling down from Milton Keynes to have Christmas do and we had an excellent time! The staff were attentive and patient with our large group. Food came out hot and was delicious. Great lunch time deals if you’re on a budget too. Highly recommended!
