Oasis Bar & Terrace, The Terrace

Honestly what a lovely place. To think I only stumbled across is by accident! As soon as you walk in the atmosphere hits you. The friendly staff greet you (their english is superb and they are very accommodating). The space was very atmospheric with it being so close to the zoo it feels very fitting, the seat ate comfy, the decor is captivating. Tl The food is delicious, i had the veggie burger and it was honestly one of the best ive had in my life. The fired were also delcious. The beer is on point! I recommend the oasis beer, very lovely stuff i could have drank it all day 😂 I cant recommend this place enough, its clean, friendly, delcious and well located. 10/10 i will be coming back.

I will visit this restaurant again and edit my review if the food is better next time. I ordered a Chicken Poke Bowl. The presentation was beautiful and I was very excited to try it, but the food was bland, the rice was very cold and gooey, and the rice had too much vinegar which gave it a sour or slightly fermented flavor. I only received one packet of a soy sauce base dressing, which was not enough since the food had no flavor besides sourness. Since I love my vegetables, I didn’t completely dislike the food. My friends ordered salads, and they liked theirs. My other two friends ordered chicken strips and fries, which they said were very bland as well, but overall, it was okay. At least the restaurant did not rely on salt for flavor. I was the first to arrive in my group and paid for my tea before anyone else arrived, but I was charged for it again when I paid for my meal upon leaving. I tried explaining to the server but gave up and paid twice so I could leave.

The hamburgers are great, but the French fries are terrible (no taste and a bit soured)… the toilet door is broken, dirty like it has been like this… price is expensive for the quality and cleanses like this. Such a pity it has all the potential to be a great experience.
