Went to a gig there before 10pm, I didn’t find all the security very friendly at all, there was an exception with one of security at the bottom of the stairs going up to the loos who was lovely as were the staff working the bars and cloakroom.The great atmosphere was largely down to the crowd there to see the gig and that was really good but nothing to do with Heaven itself. Got asked by security to leave while trying to buy merch after the show, which is a shame, as the proceeds were towards two charities and we didn’t get to buy anything. Also the event info stated doors opened at 6pm but they didn’t open till just before 7pm and we missed most of the first support act. The 2 stars is for the venue itself not the gig, the gig was 5 stars for atmosphere!
