CCT Venues-Smithfield is a boutique training and events venue offering 12 flexible rooms for up to 200 delegates. It is ideally suited to training courses, workshops, away days, and small conferences.

Billingsgate is a large, light-filled meeting room within the venue, designed for mid to large-scale corporate sessions of up to 110 delegates. As the venue’s second largest room, it offers a practical balance of space, character and technical capability, making it particularly well suited to conferences, training days and workshops that require flexibility and clear sightlines.

The room features Grade II listed architectural details, including wrought iron elements and colourful windows, which allow natural light throughout the day while maintaining a professional setting. Billingsgate is equipped for presentation-led and interactive events, with dependable in-room AV and a layout that can be adapted easily to suit different formats. A direct connection to the adjacent restaurant area allows organisers to schedule lunches or breaks without moving guests far from the space.
