Cancellation Policy (Bookings under 10 people): No booking fee will be collected if cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the booking. Cancellation Policy (Bookings over 10 people): 1) Full refunds are provided for cancellations made 30 or more days in advance, except for bookings occurring during July, November, and December. 2) Bookings cancelled 14–30 days prior can be rescheduled within 12 weeks but are not eligible for a refund. 3) For bookings in July, November, and December, cancellations will only allow rescheduling within 12 weeks from the original event date. Refunds are not offered during these months. 4) Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
