A Farringdon staple since 1876. It is situated on the corner of one of London’s best street food markets. The Clerkenwell Tavern offers classic Salt Beef Sandwiches, Reubens, natural & organic wines and craft beers.
Our basement bar has a seated capacity of 54 and a standing capacity of 80 guests. It also boasts its own bespoke private cocktail bar, large dancefloor area, fully functional DJ booth and easily accesible toilets. For Friday & Saturday evenings ask us about our Late License option that will keep the party going until 3am.

August 2024Great bar with decent prices. Live music upstairs with a lively vibe. There's also a quieter space downstairs with video games for those who want to play. Definitely would come again!

September 2024We hired the entire upstairs for a party of around 70 guests. The staff were great and went above and beyond to look after us and make sure we had a great night! Everybody loved the food and kept complimenting our choice of venue. Would highly recommend!
