My wife bought me the 5 hour day class and I decided to go for the Chinese takeaway cooking class and convinced my mate to come along. Both of us would say we are quite experienced in Asian cooking but even then this class was brilliant for all levels. We picked up so many good tips, enjoyed every dish we made and thought both of our instructors for the day were amazing, super friendly and very informative with any questions from the whole class. They do pair you off into groups of two which if you are on your own you will be put with someone else on the course which means you share the work load. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone considering it and my friend and I are looking to make it an annual thing where we pick another style of cooking.
