Spanning two floors including an secluded courtyard totalling at over 4500 sq ft, it provides a refined blank canvas for a wide variety of occasions from conferences, experiential events, press days, exhibitions and product launches to networking receptions, dinners, and private celebrations.

With a total standing capacity of 325 standing guests, the venue benefits from abundant natural light, dual street frontages, and a fully customisable layout. Modern facilities include Sonos sound system, three-phase power, multiple rigging points, track lighting, and a dedicated catering area allowing the space to be tailored to suit both large-scale productions and more intimate gatherings.

The ground floor gallery accommodates up to 175 guests standing, offering an industrial-inspired aesthetic with street-level visibility, and a disabled-access restroom – an adaptable space for both corporate and private events. The lower gallery, with a capacity of 80 standing guests, features vaulted brick barrel ceilings and a premium finish. Equipped with lockable storage rooms, a dedicated catering area, unisex bathrooms and cloakroom, it can function as an additional event space or as a discreet back-of-house area. Completing the venue, the courtyard welcomes up to 70 guests standing in a private outdoor setting, ideal for receptions, product showcases, or guest arrivals, enhanced by natural daylight and direct sightlines into the ground floor gallery.
