We came for our anniversary and it was really good value for the money. Only a 5 minute walk to Cricklewood station where you can get the Thameslink to the tube routes around London. Breakfast in the morning was really good, very fresh and always topped up. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Left a little note in our room with some goodies which was a nice touch. Overall great hotel at affordable prices. Thank you.

It was,one if the best stays. We go every year to this hotel but this time round, the room had a fresh smell. The bathroom was spotless the white crisp bed sheets and the room overall was excellent. Highly recommend. Plus with paying direct to the hotel we got parking discount. All the staff members were extremely 🙏. Thankyou

We have stayed here before and we had a nice time with a little bit of negativity. We thought this time we would give it another chance. As soon as we arrived to our room the box where we slot our keycard fell apart as we put in our card, the toilet seat did not fit properly, however, this was soon rectified. At night when we took our baths, the hot water was only warm, we put the water to the highest temperature it still was not hot enough. We explained to the staff and they said maintenance would look at it. The water was still not hot enough so we gave up telling the staff , On the days that followed we noticed that housekeeping was only doing the bare minimum in the room. They only straightened the duvet and provided clean towels. The bedsheet underneath had not been straightened, used cups were left for days, we ended up washing them ourselves! The coffee and milk was not replenished and yet again we had to ask the night staff to provide us so that we could have hot drinks in our room. The reception were very friendly and helpful especially Smit (??). Would we stay here again? I'm not sure now. For a 4* hotel you expect better. My partner has insinuated that maybe we would somewhere else. However, I like the hotel so let's see who wins the next time we visit London.

My recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, and my room had no window. When I reported these issues, no help or service was provided. The carpet was stained and damp, and there was no iron available — the iron stand in the room was broken. There wasn’t even any handwashing liquid provided. The safe was also not functional. To make matters worse, the single bed mattress was of very poor quality and extremely uncomfortable. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay,
