This newly refurbished function suite, offers fantastic skyline views of the O2 and Canary Wharf. With floor to ceiling windows across the front and side of the event room. The room can hold up to 170 people theatre style and 160 people with a dance floor.

October 2024I stayed here with a friend for a comic convention this weekend, and we just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff that we had the pleasure of interacting with on those days. We arrived quite early on Friday morning (25/10), and we thought that it would be too early for us to check in as it was only about 9 or 10am. We spoke to Cheyenne at the desk and she was absolutely lovely. We didn’t expect the room to be ready so early so it was really nice to see that the hotel was prepared and accommodating for the situation. Cheyenne was really pleasant to speak to and really made us feel totally welcomed to Crown Plaza. There were some other members of staff on the desk at the same time although I wasn’t able to catch their names, they were all just as friendly and just as warm and welcoming. Each day when we came back to the room after being out all day the beds were made, new towels were left and the room was immaculate. I was surprised, given how much of our things we had to leave in the room that the maid was still able to do a job fantastically well. I am sure entirely satisfied and blown away with the service we received at this location and would highly recommend anybody to stay here. In fact, whenever I attend the conventions here in the future, I will be definitely stay here! That is entirely down to the incredible staff that work so hard to make the experience so seamless and comfortable.

November 2024Attended as newlyweds for 2nights, staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were given a room with a view, 2 free drinks at their bar and an extra hour to check out. The breakfast was great with plenty of options, and helpful staff. There is a working pool, sauna and jacuzzi but felt a bit exposed as its at street level and can be seen through a window. The surrounding area is quiet but on weekends gets busy and very loud. Walks by the Thames is nice and there are some restaurants and food trucks close by.

January 2025Our stay was spectacular. the receptionists were professional and amazing at their job. Shoutout to Lilia, Ty and Haritha in particular they are great receptionists. Room was also good and room service was quick and efficient. Breakfast was outstanding and I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who asks for a good stay in London. Excellent work

November 2024Amazing stay, friendliest staff, thanks to Lilia and Ty on reception. Beautiful view, lovely food, clean, lovely area. Felt very secure and was lovely to relax in the pool and sauna. Made the most of the hotel facilities and had a very relaxing stay. Will definitely be returning soon. Could do with more parking but that is literally our only grumble, we did get parked eventually so all good. Oh and the banana slippery floor cones really made me chuckle 😃 Thank you again, Mark and Sarah

November 2024Our stay was amazing. Travelled up to London for a concert, stayed at the CP Docklands and it was perfect. The service was great. Lilia, Ty and Elizabeth were super kind and friendly on check in/check out, and Didi was great in the spa area too. The lady that we saw to buy breakfast in the morning was also lovely but I didn't catch her name. Beds were also super comfortable and the room had everything we could ask for. Overall an amazing experience and definitely staying again if we return to London in the future.
