This newly refurbished function suite, offers fantastic skyline views of the O2 and Canary Wharf. With floor to ceiling windows across the front and side of the event room. The room can hold up to 170 people theatre style and 160 people with a dance floor.

We have been using the hotel for baby swimming lessons and it’s been great. The location is convenient, there is parking available and great food in the hotel and around. The pool and main reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. The pool is large enough and the facilities are clean. We once tried the breakfast and enjoyed it - plenty of food variety. Baby swimming lessons are awesome too. IRINA from the leisure reception in particular has been so helpful with us, doing her best to accommodate when we needed assistance. Super experience overall. I really enjoyed my stay here! The SPA had all the facilities you could think of, all in excellent condition. The room was great, with a glimpse of the river, excellent location, and the breakfast offered a bit of everything. What really stuck with me tho was how welcoming, polite and helpful Kalyani from the reception was when I arrived! She really went above and beyond to make me feel like I’m in good hands and increase my trust in the hotel brand :) Thank you, would definitely return here!

I had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza! Gayatri, Igra, and Ty were incredibly helpful throughout my visit, they really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I’ve had one of the best rests I’ve had in a long time: the rooms are quiet, clean, and very relaxing. The breakfast is fantastic with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The hotel’s location is perfect: just a short walk to the London ExCeL Centre, and surrounded by great restaurants and convenient minimarkets. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the area!

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, location, service, comfort are all strong. There is a spa with sauna, steam and pool - it's used by community and you are made aware of that to plan your visit. The open plan design concept on the ground floor makes this space pro-social, noise levels don't feel oppressive and there is ample room to distance if you want that. Staff are friendly and value their reputation for being so.

İt was a pleasure to visit and stay here for me. I came here for an exhibition. İf you would like to evaluate the distance from the exhibition center of this hotel I can say just five minutes by walk. But if you would like to evaluate the distance from city center, I can say easily this hotel 🏨 is a little bit far from the center. For the operation side, the reseption process was quick and Vivien, who is polite and kind staff. She tried to assist us for all our request regarding with the process and all our interest. The size of the room is nice and enough.
