We checked in 3pm on 14/02/2026 and I have to say the receptionists were wonderful. I do wish we took down their names to give them the proper recognition we had an unfortunate and rare incident with our room which I wont disclose on here to not embarrass anyone but the staff handled it well and id be willing to return because of them alone. Room was very clean and dressed up nice and location was only a few mins walk from station so very convenient for us visiting the west end.

Beautifully modernised and refurbished hotel. Rooms look modern, clean and bright. Descent size bathrooms and windows which you can open. Great location, walking distance to Gloucester Road Underground station.

The hotel is well located and generally comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with good quality and selection. The room itself was standard and met expectations. The only negative point was the air conditioning, which only blew cold air. This made the room uncomfortable at times, especially when heating was needed. Overall, a solid hotel in a great location, but the A/C issue impacted the comfort of the stay.

This location is expensive but the lounge offers great selection and the private gym next door is a lot better than regular hotel gyms. However, there is no Netflix/TouTube… connection possible on the TV offered in the rooms, which is really annoying in 2026 for a room with a high price tag.
