Lovely stay at the Rockwell hotel. The room was spacious for a standard room, bed was comfortable and the room was well cleaned also. Check in was easy and had friendly staff on the front desk. All round good experience for the price, I would stay here again.

An amazing stay in London, Gabrielle at the front desk has made my stay easy and safe as a female travelling alone. There was a problem with my taxi’s arrival and she handled it brilliantly. All the staff are professional, warm and welcoming, the rooms are excellent, highly recommended.

We loved the location not far from Earls Court Metro and Kensington Gardens. Our room was super quiet and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and courteous and check-in was easy. The hotel is nice inside and has a nice outdoor space off the restaurant. The only complaint was that the restaurant staff worker seemed impatient at times. A minor detail. It was perfect for our stay and price point and don't regret our choice to stay!

I stayed one night in this hotel. It was convenient for me as it was near Cromwell Hospital and not far from local shops and Earl’s Court metro. The staff were friendly and checking in was easy. It was quiet. But It doesn’t look 4* hotel. I would say 3* based on my single room. The fridge wasn’t working. The heat control wasn’t working. The shower cubicle is very tiny. The towels are too old. They should be used for cleaning the floor. The bed cover didn’t look that clean as I saw hair on it. There was some kind of noise coming from the heating system , I think. On the whole it was OK.

Made a reservation via their own website. Got email confirmation. Next day they called to say they couldn’t fulfil my booking so they’ve cancelled it. Not even the offer of a room upgrade. I’ve stayed there previously and it was fine but this is not great service.
