Clerkenwell & Social is the perfect location for your private function, corporate or Christmas party. The eclectic design and literary theme, make for an unusual and unique backdrop and with the choice of hiring a number of areas we can cater to any kind of event.
For private hire events we can stay open until 2am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Choose to order drinks from our unique cocktail menu created with homemade infusions or pre -order one of our drinks packages to get your event off to a perfect start. Our canape menus are perfect for all occasions and our artisan pizzas never fail to impress.

We booked the upstairs area for a work drinks event. Norbert and team were exceptional: so friendly, really flexible and able to accommodate last minute changes and food updates. The space was perfect - beautifully designed - and the venue is in such a lovely area of London. Cannot recommend the C&S enough if you are thinking of having an event there. Went back for lunch recently and received the same high level of service and food: great outdoor seating area, tucked away from the traffic but still with a London buzz.

Unfortunately can not recommend. We hired the space for a private party (40th). On booking was advised we can have our own DJ, just days before the event we were told the music had to be pretty quiet like background music, 82dB max which is really not enough for a full out party. As a result the party was not at all fun like planned. Incredibly disappointed that my milestone birthday party was ruined. The staff on the night were nice enough so I can’t know them, but I had pre ordered pizzas a week before and asked for them to be served at a certain time. They were served half hour later and it came out in dribs and drabs rather than all at once which is what I had hoped for.
