The One Tun, Whole Venue

My husband and I stayed here our first few nights in London within a few minutes Farringdon station. Our room was cozy (top floor, no elevator), clean and quiet. A welcoming surprise was the bar served Asian food - delicious! - as we had a week of standard pub food ahead of us. I was a bit disappointed in that the two times I tried to order a cocktail from the menu, they did not have the ingredients to make them. Overall, a great stay and location!

Excellent find by my partner who was travelling back to the US from Heathrow having flown in from Europe to Gatwick - Farringdon makes for a very convenient middle space between the two airports. Very comfortable room with good mattress, an astroturfed patio outside the room was handy. Staff were attentive and helpful (providing more coffee pods and milk for the nespresso machine in the room). This isn't a B&B - it is essentially an Inn - a room for the night so there is no breakfast provided. But there was a great little greasy spoon just around the corner where we had breakfast.

Excellent location. Just steps from the tube The room is clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities that made our stay comfortable. One caveat, this is a very old building which is part of the charm so the steps are narrow and steep. There is no elevator so if you have any kind of mobility issues it would be a problem. They do offer to help carry luggage though. We were on the top floor and it was my cardio for the day lol
