I got married here in August and it was absolutely spectacular. The service was impeccable and the whole flow of the day was super smooth. Couldn't have asked for a better day - big thankyou (from both of us!)

Felt like we found a hidden gem in The Zetter Clerkenwell - perfect spot for us (couple, early 30s who were looking for a convenient place to explore all of London by bus/tube). Hotel has a quirky, historic, charming feel with a quaint but positively eclectic lobby/bar/cafe. Our Deluxe Double room was more spacious than expected and looked out on the picturesque St. James Sq. Will definitely be back!

I visited the Zetter Hotel today, and unfortunately, the service was both slow and disorganized. The glasses were so filthy and stained that no one in their right mind would consider drinking from them; they looked utterly unhygienic. The quality of the food and drinks was also far below what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. On top of that, I noticed staff spending a considerable amount of time just sitting around and chatting, which clearly impacted the service. What surprised me even more was discovering that two of them — I can’t recall her name she is Italian girl Rach and Miya — were actually part of the management team. Yet the lack of even basic hospitality training was glaringly obvious. For the price you pay, the service falls drastically short of expectations. Management really needs to either train these young managers and their staff properly, or reconsider the team altogether.

Would recommend going elsewhere for the price tag, in all honesty. The downstairs bar has a lovely vibe, but aside from that, the front-of-house staff are non-existent; the rooms are poorly maintained, amenities are outdated, and simple add-ons are often forgotten/missed. Far better hotels to go to if you're visiting London.

We had afternoon tea at the Zetter yesterday. Paid 110 pounds for 2 people. The experience was completely ruined by a group of 5 hotels employees at the next table who were having very loud conversations the entire tea service. It’s a beautiful room but not very big and it was impossible to enjoy our tea with loud, non-stop talking right next to us. I was shocked by how unprofessional their behavior was and total lack of consideration for the guests. Additionally, when we were selecting the tea, the waitress told us that we can try different teas, but when I asked for one, she said it will be an extra charge, which contradicts what she told us initially. Overall it was a waste of money and if you are looking for afternoon tea spend your money elsewhere.
