Really enjoyable experience, the staff were really helpful, friendly and polite. The room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was particularly pleasant with the amenities, toiletries and decor. The location was great for me, walking distance to Harley st and Oxford st. Definitely will be returning and definitely recommend this hotel.

The best part of this hotel is the people who work here! Aatash helped us change our tickets for an outing and was so kind. Sam, Hannah and Bharjav were also extremely helpful and kind during our stay! They helped with directions and restaurant ideas.The location is great and the breakfast was fresh with a variety of choices. The room was clean and comfy. We loved our stay here! Thank you!

What a delight. I travel constantly for work and am crestfallen, often, when i arrive at my place to stay. However, not last night. Bhargav greeted me, he was quietly amiable and easy to deal with when my company card details were different from the booking (a situation that'd require guns at dawn in usual circumstances). Annah, who manages the team was wonderfully helpful when i needed docs printed for my next-morning meeting and Sam rounded off the trip with courtesy and genuine farewells. Rooms, big. Beds, clean. Breakfast, good. Recommend.

We went to concert in Venue 229. We couldn't pick better hotel. It was just few mins walk from the venue. We stayed in what looked like family room, it had one double bed and bunk bed (looked like sofa bed but instead of opening to double bed it became bunk bed). We were 4 adults and all of us had great sleep as all beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and spacious. breakfast was simple, selections of bread rolls, pastries, salami, ham and couple of different cheeses. But it filled us up. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again for sure.

Just got home from a very nice 3 night stay for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We were greeted warmly on arrival and each time we left and came back by the lovely reception staff. The whole place smelled really nice as well. The twin room was the perfect size for us and each day the beds were refreshed and tea, milk and toiletries replenished which was brilliant. Excellent location for all central attractions. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I will definitely choose to book here again if we come back to London. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
