⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best afternoon tea ever! We booked afternoon tea via Groupon to celebrate our anniversary, and from the very start the staff were amazing. We were looked after by Vanessa, and she is a huge asset to the hotel. The way she treats her customers is exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Vanessa and the kitchen team made us feel truly special. They turned our anniversary afternoon tea into an experience we will remember and cherish forever. Thank you so much for making our day. We hope to be back soon!

A friend and I recently stayed on The Level at the Melia White House Hotel London. This Hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms and decor are beautiful. The Level has drinks and some nice appetizers available all day including tapas and an exceptional range for breakfast which really added to the quality of our stay. The Hotel is within easy reach of all the major shopping and tourist areas in London and both the rooms and hotel were very quiet. I would like to give a special mention to the following staff: From The Level Team thanks to Silvia Muñoz , Manager at The Level , she made our stay very special. From the Front desk special thanks to Andrea ( best front desk receptionist of the year at the Level ). From housekeeping I want to mention Giuliana , thanks for all your help. From The private Lounge for the Level customers, I would like to thank Lina and her amazing service. And above all our special thanks to Pablo Ibarra , Executive assistant Manager who made our stay an absolute joy, though every member of staff went above and beyond what would be considered normal to ensure our stay was one we will not forget. I shall 100% be returning to this exquisite hotel and will use it for my clients travelling into London Feliz Navidad and Merry Christmas.

I wrote this review on the Arado restaurant page but thought I should put it here as well. We visited Arado restaurant (which is inside Melia White House Hotel) on Sunday and we were thoroughly impressed by the afternoon tea. The selection of teas available was great with lots of unique and interesting flavours to try and the sandwiches and cakes were of good quality. What made the experience truly memorable though was the service, which was simply exceptional. William was attentive and very friendly and took time to explain all the teas on offer, the food we would be eating and even the history of the building itself. He was a really lovely man and made the experience special for us which I am very much grateful for, the restaurant should count themselves very lucky to have such a charming and dedicated member of staff!

On balance, this was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip to Europe. Friendly staff, nicely appointed lobby and restaurant/bar areas. Room was comfortable with reasonably good view. Bed was very comfortable. Negatives: check-in dragged on a little too long. Bar manager was flummoxed as he was on his first day and had no staff to help him when he opened the bar. It got corrected later in the afternoon but that showed a bit of poor management. Overall, concierge, lobby staff and others all were cordial and very helpful. Would stay again.

I wanted to share some honest feedback about the hotel. While the location is great, the overall experience didn’t match the price point. The building is enormous, yet the rooms are extremely small, and the soundproofing is very poor — you can hear neighbours coughing or even blowing their nose, as well as noise from the corridors. That said, I want to thank Keerthi for her professionalism throughout my stay. Breakfast was great!
