The staff were all really friendly and helpful - especially from the front desk and restaurant! I need to stay again in a few months so wont hesitate to come back. I my small notes were there wasn’t much space at the end of the bed and the window had been left a little ajar but only noticed the next day.

In all my previous stays in London I had almost always frequented Sheraton or Marriott properties. As none had rooms available for the recent trip we were making a close friend recommended the Radisson Blu Euston and we are so thankful he did. The hotel location of literally a 30 second walk to the Warren Tube Station which was fantastic for us to take and get around the city. tap & Go was ideal to do instead of buying individual tickets for each trip and we could make as many stops as we wanted and there was a maximum cap on what we were charged. Getting back to the Hotel, the Staff are all Five Star Trained. Warm, Welcoming and they all truly understand the meaning of Hospitality. The best way to put it is we felt “At Home”. Take a room upgrade for a slightly larger room which provides more space.

Budget hotel for stay in London city, Room has all basic necessities including Iron and Ironing board. Staff were helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean. A bit old school but good for the price for London City. Good for short stay.

BEDBUGS! STAY AWAY!! I was staying in room 470 for 2 nights recently. I woke up the first morning covered in bites. The bites were in zigzag patterns. On further inspection I saw the tell tale bloodspots on the sheets and noticed a mattress cover that is used for treating bedbugs. There were no lamps which I thought was odd, another sign. I ironed my going out clothes to be safe before leaving and thankfully I always leave my suitcase in the bath. I went to an event which I came to London for, and stayed out as late as I could to avoid having to come back to the room. I came back at 4.30am, sober as a judge, and was treated very rudely by the staff who followed me up the stairs and demanded to see my key card. I tried to sleep in the bath. I had just showered and realised that the fan doesn't work so had to open the windows for 20 mins. I didn't sleep at all. Instead I ironed and scrubbed all of my items and put them into plastic bags. I was treated very rudely again at breakfast, like I wasn't supposed to be at the hotel. I was clean and well dressed and polite. I asked to speak to the manager before I left. I told him about the bites and that I could tell the room had been treated for bedbugs before. He agreed and apologised for the "inconvenience" and when I said "you can't let anyone stay there until they are gone" he said he'd "keep it empty for 48 hours"!! Which shows they will not do any effective treatment as it takes a long time and many stages to get rid of them. That means they will let someone else pay big money to stay there and potentially bring bedbugs home with them. I told him bedbugs were a financially and emotionally devastating issue and they couldn't in good conscience operate a hotel with an infestation like that. He offered me a 20% discount on my next stay!? To which I said I would never be coming back. He also offered to cover the cost of my laundry and gave me an email address which I think must be to an imaginary person as I have had no response, nobody has guaranteed to cover the costs of the consequences of my stay there. Since leaving what should have been a happy trip celebrating a career milestone, I have been out of pocket for laundry, had to buy a new set of clothes and shoes from primark to wash my clothes in, a new bag to put the clean clothes in. I have had to throw away my suitcase, I cannot wear my shoes or use my laptop until they have been quarantined in a plastic bag for a week which puts me behind at work. I have had to pay for a second (clean) hotel room to make sure I could take a proper shower, cover my body and hair in neem oil to make absolutely certain that nothing travelled on me and re-iron my clothes. The emotional toll this has taken, the exhaustion and sleeplessness and anxiety will take me a long time to recover from. The fact that they KNOW they have bedbugs and are not shutting down the hotel to treat for them is dangerously irresponsible. They are actively spreading the worst pests in the world and I quite frankly think it should be considered a crime. Everyone knows how devastating bedbugs are, the costs and time it takes to get rid of them. Read any article about the Paris infestation. The Radisson Blu Hotel are CHARGING people to stay and get bedbugs. STAY AWAY!! They clearly do not do effective treatments. My advice, close down the hotel, do a hotel wide effective series of treatments. A 5 min google search will tell you that using steam, DE and chemicals will set you right. As chemicals only work on direct impact and bedbugs are great at hiding. Do not let anyone stay in a room in which a person has been bitten by bedbugs! There are reports from 2013/2023/April 2024/March 2025 on trip advisor about bedbugs at this hotel. Many met with denial, emails ignored too, even with photographic evidence. The manager fully knows that they have this issue. Fix it guys!! P.s: Your night bartender and the waitress at breakfast were very kind, helpful and professional. My 1 star is for them. P.p.s: No proximity to central London is worth the stress of bedbugs.

Can’t barely say that this is a 4* hotel, we are very very far from it. My partner booked this hotel for 2 nights for a romantic gateway on my birthday weekend. He requested nothing in particular obviously but in some other 4* hotels (Hilton for example) you get at least a little greeting cards from the reception team and it make you feel acknowledged. This what not the case here, slightly disappointing. We checked in around 11am with L. who told us a room was ready for us, the 327 (if I remember well), and oh dear ! Stains on the carpet, scale on the sink and the faucet, outdated decoration, a hole on the window with some tape around a huge AC pipe, and worst thing : it was a communicating room, meaning we heard our neighbors coming inside their room, when they noticed the door they tried to open it. We went back to the reception where I started nicely to tell Luis what was wrong, he didn’t even listened to it or paid attention to the information I gave him (my bday weekend), he just took the keys back without looking at us, told us to come back later since no rooms were available yet (which was fine we knew the checkin time was at 3). When we came back we were given room 516, right next to the housekeeper closet. Still no acknowledgment or excuse whatsoever regarding the inconvenience, in a 4* hotel you would be given a discount voucher or at least again a little card from them, yet nothing. The room was better, though the decoration was still outdated, the carpet still stained and the furnitures awfully old and not well maintained. They kinda have you with the lovely decoration of the lobby but that’s all basically, no cares are given to their rooms, it wasn’t even the basic room, but what they call a premium one, lol. The staff don’t even greet you or look at you when you enter the premises, yet again far from a 4*. We had better experiences at Travelodge and Ibis ! My partner paid £365 which is 415€ which is a budget ! Can’t even say the location is Worthing it since there are plenty of other worthy hotels around. If you go out late you will meet drunk folks, thugs wandering near McDonald’s and some other people. They sent a review email to my partner which lead to a templated apologies email, the one that make you thinks they didn’t really care. Definitely our last time in a radisson ! Not Worthing it.
