The King's Head pub in Teddington is an award-winning local, and the original Heartwood Inns pub. It exemplifies everything that is quite simply fantastic about a Heartwood Inn. Maybe it's the history of the building that gives The King's Head its appeal, or it could be Harriet and her team- who are undeniably charming, attentive and knowledgeable. Our regulars love us for the relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Pop by to enjoy the large bar, inviting snugs, open fireplaces and a wonderful walled courtyard at the back. We are proud of the diversity our pub offers and we cater for numerous occasions including wedding receptions, birthday parties and corporate events.
The private dining room is a beautiful and tranquil space to enjoy meetings, private dining or parties. The room can accommodate up to 40 people seated or 50 people standing and has direct access to the terrace during the summer months. With AV equipment, this space is ideal for smaller meetings through the week or for a celebration at the weekend.

We had such a great time at this pub! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was absolutely superb. A special shout-out to Magda!!! who was so friendly and attentive – she really made the evening extra enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely evening! I tried the Mediterranean fish soup, dressed Devon crab and pistachio souffle. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Magda was fantastic, very professional, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to talk to. She gave us great reccomrntations on pairing food with wine. Cozy spot, we’ll definitely be back.

We love locally & always have a fantastic meal at the Kings Head and we were delighted when they agreed to host our wedding reception on 20/09/25. It was amazing! The food was spectacular and all our guests said they had never eaten such great food at a wedding. All of the staff were incredible on the run up to and on the day. It ran like clockwork and nothing too much trouble for anyone. Thank you to the amazing team, see you soon for dinner !
