About Venue
We are a Charity for people with learning disabilities.
The Venue is based next to the busy Teddington high street, with easy access to all local amenities and public transport. We also have parking spaces avalible upon request.
We have two modern meeting rooms within our working office to hire. Ideal for local business meetings. Each room has access to WiFi, HD TV Screen and refreshments.
Modern meeting room for up to four people.
Modern fittings which include access to the Wifi and the HD TV screen.
The room holds its own refreshments including a coffee machine (avalible upon request.)

I'm posting this 5 star review because I attended a workshop at UREH yesterday and thought it was brilliant. I can't really understand how you can give one star for something you've only seen from the outside, but there you are... The building exterior looked pretty standard - clean, neat and tidy - but inside it was light, airy and modern with various rooms for activities. I felt really welcomed by the workshop leaders and was offered tea or coffee at the start, as well as halfway through the course with a selection of homemade cakes. I was attending a 3 and a half hour bookbinding workshop run by 'Handmade Creative Workshops' and I thought it was brilliant; well staged, well taught, inspiring and rewarding. We took our own little handmade books away at the end and I'd like to do more at home, once I've got the lesson notes to remind me how it's done! I'll be seeing what else is on offer at this great place I've discovered.
