The Greenwich Tavern, The King William Room

The service was warm, attentive and friendly from the second we walked in. We soon were seated and had our drinks, and our food at the right time. The bangbang chicken and squid were lovely. My friend enjoyed their fish and chips and I had a very nice lamb shank with minted mash. The whole team were lovely, and Summer who served us was wonderful - really helpful, always there when we needed something, and very friendly. Overall, a very lucky find for us!

All the staff was amazing, especially Fanni, who was really warm, nice and welcoming. Food is great, place is really neat and tidy.

This Iconic British 🇬🇧 local pub at the corner of the main entrance of Greenwich park. Proper classic 🇬🇧 pub traditional menu and good quality food👌 The Sunday roast is our favourite and the Lamb shank is the best meat 😋 Delicious food and biggest portions in Greenwich , good value for money👌 Staff is not from British origin and don’t understand the British pub culture and tradition , because they don’t speak sufficient English question and request are difficult for them to understand but they are trying their best to give efficient service 😉 Don’t ask for meal or wine recommendations they have no Idea which goes with which 😆 Read the menu&wine list properly they are some good options and make your choices on your general knowledge 😃 We absolutely recommend the Greenwich tavern it’s also Pets friendly and our dogs love it too 🙂
