The classes are 10/10, the fellow dreamers are super welcoming, this is my favourite studio hands down. Plus the matcha lattes are 🔥. Proper community vibes.

I went to a hip mobility class here. The front of the space is a café, and the studio is located at the back. You check yourself in using the digital pad on the wall, which was simple enough. I wasn’t expecting circuits, as I thought it would be more of a stretch-based class. It wasn’t quite what I had in mind, especially compared to other hip mobility classes I’ve taken elsewhere. The instructor seemed knowledgeable, but I felt she struggled a bit to explain things in a way that beginners could easily follow. For example, some of the terminology could have been broken down more clearly. The instructor did ask at the start if anyone was new, and I raised my hand along with two others, so it would have been helpful if the instructions were made a bit more accessible. During the circuits, a few people seemed confused, and it sometimes felt like we were just winging it without much guidance. The overall vibe wasn’t quite there for me, and it did feel like more attention was given to those who were already quite flexible or close to achieving box splits. It would be nice to see more inclusive support for people at all levels. Other than that it was a good workout.

I’ve attended this studio twice and both times the teachers were excellent — truly high-quality instruction. However, the overall layout of the space could be improved. There are only two toilets, no proper changing area, and very limited storage space — just a narrow corridor where everyone has to crowd after class, which feels quite uncomfortable. The flow between different rooms is also a bit confusing. For example, after class I had to walk barefoot outside on the road to retrieve my shoes at the front, because another class was in session and blocked the direct path. After a relaxing yoga session, this disrupted the calm and was not ideal. I really hope these layout and flow issues can be improved, as the teaching here is truly great.
