Mercure London Earls Court Hotel & Conference Centre, London Suite 1

A wonderful hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff. I especially want to highlight the delicious and hearty breakfasts — totally worth it! If your booking doesn’t include breakfast, you can buy it on-site for £15 (as of April 2025). The rooms are spotless, and the bathrooms are in perfect condition. The hotel shampoos, shower gels, and soaps are really nice — gentle on the skin and don’t cause dryness. You can tell they care about sustainability, too. The soundproofing is excellent — super quiet inside the rooms. The hotel is a 5–10 minute walk from two different Tube stations, both with direct lines to central London, making it very easy to reach all the main sights without transfers. My husband and I stayed at the hotel during my birthday. We were kind of hoping for a small birthday gesture from the hotel, but nothing was offered. That said, it didn’t spoil our experience at all — everything else was so nice that we didn’t mind! Obviously recommend!

My walk towards the hotel was very accessible, even though I was carrying a heavy luggage. The room is absolutely amazing, it was very comfy, I slept wonderful. Not to mention all of the staff was very friendly and attentive. Some of the staff talked to us, like Yolanda. I can say I felt like home. I just wished there are more food varieties for people who can't eat pork or foods that are not Halal for muslims. Wish there was chicken or beef, I could've eat. But overall great services and accommodation.

My brother and mother had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Earls Court. Location is convenient with buses, tube and overground. Good choices of restaurant and wonderful breakfast at the hotel. They were greeted by the wonderful Ruchika. The room was nice and clean. The air con was handy for the hot summer days in London. Housekeeping kept the room in the superb condition through the almost 2 weeks stay. We strongly recommend this hotel.
