I booked my birthday party at THE HIDE on Thursday with James and his department, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first message, James and his team were incredible professional, friendly, and always available (even late at night!) to answer any questions. On the day itself, they were present, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. James went above and beyond to make me feel special, and my friends had an amazing time. The sound system was excellent, the vibe was great, and even though other events were happening in the venue, it never interfered with mine. If anything, I’d say my party was the best one there 😉. Huge thanks to James and the entire team you truly made it a night to remember. I really appreciate you all!

Good sized rooms and dance floors and seating. Went for a birthday. Lovely to get a Cake , Donoughts nd Bottle sparkler for the Birthday Queen. Good music and side room with bit live performance added nice touch. Bring extra cash for cloak room ( definitely not cheap)

Food was very good. I am a vegetarian, although they have less vegetarian options, but all the vegetarian dishes, which I had was good. One complain...their brucetta was not a bruschetta but a bread...that was a big disappointment! Staff was good...though we had to wait half an hour for our drinks.

Was sold an birthday event by this guy called James. Seemed friendly at first but was the worst salesman in the world was hesitant to sign up but as time was running out decided to go with it had the worst experience with him in particular very unprofessional flooded my WhatsApp with constant messages every day very annoying person and Sleazy. The venue claims to be a VIP club, but most of the rooms are Dated and unclean. The bar staff rude, but in particular the security are horrible. A lot of our guests felt uncomfortable and mistreated. There’s definitely a level of racism that happens at the front and the bar staff are not great either. I Do not recommend using the space it’s horrible and needs to complete change of staff.
