The Regus team at this location and the facilities are exemplary resulting in a great environment for work. This experience was further enhanced by the personal touch from Osbert and Juezel.

I’ve been using the Regus office in High Street Kensington and have had a really good experience overall. The space is clean, well-managed, and convenient. Osbert and Juejel have both been very helpful and friendly — they always make sure things run smoothly. It’s been a pleasant place to work.

I initially booked a meeting room and was genuinely very happy with the place — it’s well-equipped and professional. The receptionist on the first floor, Ghazel, was absolutely wonderful — polite welcoming, and provided excellent service. She truly represented Regus in the best way possible. However, my experience was completely ruined at the end. While I was on the ground floor taking a few photos of the wall art and general area (not of any staff or individuals), a staff member named Sandra approached me in the most rude and disrespectful way. She questioned me abruptly — “What are you doing here?” — in front of my colleagues, which was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. It was shocking and unpleasant, especially considering how positive my experience had been up until that point. I honestly wanted to leave a 5-star review and share photos to highlight how good the experience was — but after that incident, I can’t recommend this branch anymore. I hope management reviews Sandra’s behavior or offers her proper training, because she’s seriously damaging the reputation of an otherwise great place.
