The enquire about the Behind the Bookcase space, our multi-functional event space beneath the pub that has previously catered for live music, comedy nights and of course, more than a few big birthday bashes. The Green Room at The Star Of Kings is one of the hidden joys of the venue. Located upstairs from the main bar area, it is a decorative and elegant space suitable for any party, meeting, or sit-down meal. It can hold up to 30 people seated or 60 standing. A room ideally suited to any celebration.

The room is just along the corridor from our Karaoke room, so is perfect to reserve for before or after singing. It features a TV which can be used for presentations or watching live sport (terrestrial only). It also features an air conditioning system to keep you cool in summer.

Don't allow external food or drinks to be brought in the venue. Under 18s allowed until 8pm. We don't host 18th-21st birthdays.

New burgers. The guy outside we were having a chat mentioned he had specifically come here for these burgers. Fantastic recommendation. Best burgers I have in years. And the fries (not chips) were bang on

Very much a dive bar type pub. Popped into this on Saturday night not having any idea of the vibe and it was definitely loud. Turns out it's got the chance for everyone and anyone to do karaoke which we were indifferent about but can't see it being for everyone. Need to be quite drunk here in my opinion. Smelt of stale pub but had decent selection and was fairly priced.
