Big Chill Kings Cross, The Dance Floor

I am with the quiz league of London and last night the big chill kindly let us hold our quiz there. We all had a fantastic evening. The staff were super friendly and attentive. This place has a really great vibe,funky decor and several private and semi private areas. It's one of the best places I have been to in the thirteen years I have been quizzing. The location is superb, right next to Kings Cross thameslink and we would love to hold our quizzes there again. I honestly can't think of any negatives re this fabulous place. They have a variety of food and a very well stocked bar. If you are ever in the King's Cross area you could do a great deal worse than dropping in for a bite or a drink. Highly recommended.

Stumbled upon this spot late for lunch and was pleasantly surprised they still had their lunch deal going! I went for the burger, and while the beef patty was a tad overcooked and a little dry, the overall flavor combination was really tasty. I thought a side was included, but it wasn't. Still, it was a great place for a quick and satisfying lunch. The restaurant has an evening vibe, feeling more like a live music venue. It's quite spacious, and I'd definitely be interested in checking out a live music night if I'm ever in the area again.
